Does the service have permanence?
No, none of the service we offer have permanence.
If I finish the data of my mobile rate, what happens? Do I get extra charges?
No, there is no additional cost but you will notice that the navigation is much slower or practically non-existent because the speed is reduced to 16 Kbps. 

If you want to continue surfing at normal speed, you can sign up for an additional 1GB data voucher for 7€ including VAT.
Are there any limitations on the use of the minutes included in the unlimited rates?
There is a maximum limit of 3.000 minutes of use to national mobile and landlines and a maximum of 150 different destinations each month.
Will I receive any warning messages when my mobile line runs out of data?
Yes, you will receive an SMS that warns you when you have consumed 80% and another one that warns you when you have reached 100% of the available data in your rate.

Rates with Internet data:
Surpassed navigation data: Browse at 16 kbit/s an additional 1 GB without cuts.
The use of this service is not allowed for specific electrical, electronic and/or telecommunications systems or equipment, such as a 3G/4G modem.
Unlimited data plan:
With the purpose of maintaining the quality of our service ConectaBalear can limit the speed to 16 kbit/s in cases of excessive and unreasonable use of the unlimited data plan or if the used data exceeds 270GB during one single month. The use of this service is not allowed for specific electrical, electronic and/or telecommunications systems or equipment, such as a 3G/4G modem.
Rollover data:
If you don't use the data included in your rate on the current month, they'll roll over to the next. The rolled over data is used first. They'll only roll over from one month to the next. Additional data from bonus will not roll over. data rollover limit per mobile phone plan:
