The channels Das Erste and ZDF will not be available between June 11 and July 19 due to territorial restrictions on the broadcasting rights for the FIFA World Cup in Germany. During this period, they will be replaced by the channels SWR and ZDFneo.

ConectaBalear TV is our digital television service that offers customers a wide selection of premium channels, including movies, series, sports, documentaries, kids' content, and much more.

With our app, you can watch TV from any compatible device in your home, with no need for antennas or additional installations. It’s an interactive, user-friendly service with a smooth experience.

Does the service have a cost?
The TV service has a monthly fee that varies depending on your Internet plan. In some cases, the service is fully included at no extra cost.

For example, if you have our 1000 Mb fiber optic plan, you’ll enjoy the TV Total package included in your monthly fee.

Do I have to pay extra for this service with my fiber?
It depends on your plan. In many cases, the TV service is included with your fiber or WiMAX connection or offered at a discounted price.
What channels can I watch if I subscribe?
We offer two TV plans with different channel lineups:

- Starter: Includes all Spain TDT channels, regional channels, and premium series and sports content.
- Total: Over 130 channels with a premium selection including AXN, AMC, Hollywood, Dark, and many others.

I have a Samsung or LG TV, is it compatible with the app?
Samsung: Our app is available for models from 2019 onward. Search for “ConectaBalear TV” in your TV’s app store. If it's not available, you can use an external device like Android TV or Amazon Fire TV.

LG: Available for most models. On very old models, the app might have limited features. Search for “ConectaBalear TV” in the LG Store.
