Què és ConectaBalear TV?
ConectaBalear TV és el servei de televisió digital que oferim als nostres clients, amb una àmplia selecció de canals premium per a gaudir de cinema, sèries, esports, documentals, contingut infantil i molt més.

Gràcies a la nostra aplicació, podràs veure la TV des de qualsevol dispositiu compatible de la teva llar, sense necessitat d'antenes ni instal·lacions addicionals. És un servei interactiu, fàcil d'usar i amb una experiència fluida.

Té algun cost el servei?
El servei de TV té un cost mensual que varia segons el pla de connexió a Internet que tinguis contractat. En alguns casos, el servei pot estar completament inclòs sense cost addicional.

Per exemple, si tens contractat el servei de fibra òptica de 1000 Mb, gaudiràs del pla TV Total inclòs en la teva quota.

Amb la meva fibra haig de pagar per aquest servei?
Dependrà del pla que tinguis contractat. En molts casos, el servei de TV està inclòs en la teva connexió de fibra o WiMAX Pro, o té un preu reduït respecte a l'estàndard.

Quins canals podré veure si ho contracto?
Oferim dos plans de TV amb distinta oferta de canals:

- Starter: Inclou tots els canals TDT, autonòmics i canals premium de sèries i esports.
- Total: Més de 130 canals amb una selecció premium. Podràs gaudir de canals com AXN, AMC, Hollywood, Dark, entre molts altres.

Tinc una TV Samsung o LG, és compatible amb l'aplicació?
Samsung: La nostra app està disponible en models a partir de l'any 2019. Pots verificar-ho buscant “ConectaBalear TV” a la botiga d'aplicacions de la teva TV. Si no apareix, podràs utilitzar un dispositiu extern com Android TV o Amazon Fire TV.

LG: Està disponible en la majoria de models. Si el teu TV LG és molt antiga, l'app podria tenir funcions limitades. Descarrega-la des del LG Store buscant “ConectaBalear TV”.
